A little cliche. Pretty location and the girl has nice boobs, But it really says nothing to me. Lighting seems to be consistently good. The vignette may be a little much, not sure. -- "If photography makes you focus on the unseen beauty of the world, doesn't it make life that much better?"  Extremely cool concept in my opinion!
 Her lamentation is great, seems like there might've been opportunity lost but remembered for all time there... Wailing, weeping, etc.,  I was a monk in a former life and, in all my fantasies, the girl was naked.
Seriously.. neat little piece. I am, of course, referring to the photo. -- She's terse; I can be terse. Once, in flight school, I was laconic. Would have love to. But it was a public and crowded place

Critiques
I think that the burning affect to direct and control the eyes talks on a narrow perspective, isolating the model in her pose and excluding much of the foreground and a fair bit of the background. The Name I think suggests the actual subject that is the "monk". His vision dream long gone. The model is a little trickier, with her shoutting agonized expression, the multiplicity and the sexy attire. I would guess that the model is a juxtoposition of the monk, the agony expressed is the agony felt by the lack of this one aspect of life, a primal aspect of life.
It could also speak on succubi and other such creatures of lore who attract men just to feast on their whatevers.
